By visiting our Website, engaging with a demo, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms — whether for yourself or a business you represent. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
👤 Who Can Use Our Services
To use TruVital Digital, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age. Not be a direct competitor accessing our Services for replication or reverse engineering

🌍 International Access
We’re based in Australia and focused on serving Australian chiropractic clinics. If you access our Services from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws.
💳 Subscriptions, Payments & Renewals
Our 14-day trial is completely free — no credit card needed. Paid subscriptions are $597/month unless cancelled before the next billing date. All payments are handled securely via third-party providers. Failed payments or banking issues are your responsibility
📌 No Partial Refunds or Pro-Rated Cancellations
Once a monthly payment is processed, it covers the full 30-day billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued — regardless of whether the Services are used for the entire month. Cancellation only prevents renewal for the next billing cycle. By subscribing, you agree and understand that TruVital Digital enforces a strict no-refund policy for ongoing monthly subscriptions.
📊 Data Use & Service Optimisation
We may monitor and analyse interactions with our Services — including chatbot and voice AI conversations — to improve performance, accuracy, and support. This helps us fine-tune your AI receptionist over time. All data is handled securely and in line with our Privacy Policy.

💡 Intellectual Property
All content, tools, branding, and tech used in our Services belong to TruVital Digital or our licensors. You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use them for your business — not to copy, resell, or reuse elsewhere.
📝 Content You Submit
When you provide us with info (branding, service types, calendar preferences, etc.), you give us permission to use that content to personalise and optimise your Services. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you submit.
⚠️ Disclaimer
We do our best to offer a smooth and reliable service, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access or perfection. The Services are provided “as is,” with no warranties of any kind.
📉 Limitation of Liability

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. You’ll remain responsible for any obligations incurred before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in NSW courts.
⏳ Time Limit to Bring Claims
Any legal claim related to these Terms must be brought within 12 months of the event, or it will be considered waived.

No waiver: Our failure to enforce a term doesn’t mean we waive our rights. Severability: If one part is invalid, the rest still applies. Entire Agreement: These Terms are the full agreement between you and TruVital Digital.
Assignment: You can’t assign your rights under these Terms; we may do so at our discretion
